How points are earnedPayroll comes first. Points add something to look forward to. See how eligible payroll activity connects to a points-based rewards program, what to agree before taking part, and how confirmed points can go towards the reward options available under your terms.
A clear framework. The applicable terms, earning rules and options are agreed directly with YTS.
Know what you’re signing up for, how points are confirmed and what to ask before you use them.
First, talk through the payroll arrangement: who can take part, what counts towards points and how earning works. Ask for the rules in writing so you know where you stand before joining.
Qualifying activity is reviewed against agreed rules. Ask how points are recorded and what happens when an arrangement changes.
Contact YTS to confirm options, points required and fulfilment conditions before requesting a reward.
Rewards should be straightforward to understand. Start with the agreed rules, keep track of confirmed points and know how to ask about the options available to you.

Understand the programDiscuss the rewards available under your program. Confirm the points needed, any conditions and the request process.
Using your pointsRewards are an additional program. They do not replace pay, super or entitlements. Eligibility, earning, point use and available options are governed by the terms agreed with YTS.
In a payroll rewards program, people earn points through eligible payroll activity, as defined in their agreed terms. Those points can then be requested as rewards from the options available under the same terms. It’s a separate layer on top of pay. It doesn’t change what someone is owed, and it should never be described as a substitute for wages, superannuation or other entitlements. What counts, and what’s on offer, is agreed with YTS directly.
There are three parts to get your head around: the working and pay arrangement, the earning rules, and how points are used. Each should be explained clearly before anyone takes part. The earning page covers what to ask about eligibility and records. The redeeming page covers what a request usually involves and what to confirm. Read them in order, then bring your questions to an enquiry.
A good rewards program can answer the basics without hesitation. Who’s eligible, and from when? How will someone see what they’ve earned? What happens to points if work ends or changes? Which rewards can be requested, and who decides what’s available? This website doesn’t fix any of those answers, because they depend on the terms YTS agrees with you. Asking early saves everyone from mismatched expectations.
The value and permitted use of points are set by your program terms. No cash conversion is offered through this website. Ask YTS which options are available for your arrangement and get the answer in writing before you take part.
Your point records are provided separately under your agreed arrangement. Ask YTS how confirmed points are recorded, how updates are shared and who to contact with a question about your points.
Available options are part of what’s agreed directly with YTS for your arrangement. The possibilities page is for illustration only, so confirm the actual options and any conditions before relying on a particular reward.
