Enquiries you choose to send
It’s up to you whether to send an enquiry, using your own email application. If you do, YTS Payroll Solutions Pty Ltd receives the information in that email, such as your name, contact details and what you wrote, and uses it to respond to you and to discuss your enquiry. Please keep your first message general, and don’t include tax file numbers, bank details, pay records or identification documents.

Operational payroll onboarding details are separate from this public website. If you go ahead with a payroll arrangement, how that information is collected and used will be explained through the separate process and agreement. No. It’s a disabled placeholder marked coming soon. It can’t collect or submit information. You may choose to contact YTS through the email address shown on the contact page.
What should I include in an enquiry email?
Your name, a way to reply and a general description of your question are enough to begin. Please keep tax file numbers, bank details, pay records and identification for a separately agreed onboarding process.
How can I ask about information I’ve sent?
Email info@ytsrewards.com with your privacy question and enough context to identify the enquiry. Avoid adding sensitive documents to the message. Operational payroll onboarding information is handled through a separate process from this public website.
