Your working life deserves a little more.
Start by getting clear on your pay and how you’re engaged, then look at the rewards alongside it. Whether you work through a business or an agency, understanding eligibility, points records and reward requests helps you decide what to ask before taking part.

Understand your arrangement first
Rewards sit on top of a working and pay arrangement, so start by being clear about yours. Are you paid as an employee, or engaged in some other way? Who pays you, how often and on what basis? Employment status and tax questions need advice that suits your circumstances. If you’re unsure, ask whoever engages you for the details in writing and consider getting independent advice.
- How you’re engaged and by whom
- Who pays you and how often
- What the written agreement says
- Where to ask for independent advice
- Who to contact about pay questions
Questions about points
Once your arrangement is clear, ask about the rewards. Are you eligible, and from when? What activity earns points and how will you be told what you have? What can be requested, and what happens to points if the work stops? You should get these answers in writing, not just in conversation. Points are a separate program from pay and never a substitute for what you’re owed.
- Whether you’re eligible and from what date
- What earns points under your terms
- How you’ll see what you’ve earned
- What can be requested and how
- What happens to points if work ends
Keeping your information safe
You don’t need to send sensitive information to find out about the program. Use the enquiry to ask questions, and keep tax file numbers, bank details and identification for the proper onboarding step with whoever is engaging you. If someone asks for that information in an unexpected way, check who they are first. A good provider will tell you clearly why they need your details and how they’ll be used.
- Don’t send tax file numbers in an enquiry
- Keep bank and identification details for onboarding
- Check who’s asking before sharing anything
- Ask how your details will be used
- Keep copies of what you’ve been told
Your questions, answered.
Can I sign up myself?
This website has no sign-up or account. If you’d like to ask whether an arrangement is possible for you, send an enquiry and describe your situation. Any arrangement is agreed directly before onboarding.
Is this advice about contractor status?
No. This website doesn’t give employment, tax or legal advice, and can’t say how you should be classified. For questions about your status or tax position, speak with a qualified professional.
What if I change jobs?
What happens to eligibility and earned points when your work changes is set by the terms agreed for your arrangement. Ask for that in writing before taking part so you know where you stand.
